2. 14-Day Initial Evaluation Refund Guarantee

When you subscribe to Milky Mommas Premium or purchase paid founding member early access:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of initial payment to evaluate our community, premium guides, and perks.
• If for any reason you feel the platform does not meet your needs, contact us at billing@milkymommas.com within this 14-day window for a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
• Approved refunds are submitted immediately and processed back to your original payment method (card or bank transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Self-Service Cancellation at Any Time

You maintain complete control over recurring memberships:

• Effortless Self-Service: You can cancel your recurring subscription at any moment directly from your Settings > Subscription page.
• Zero Hidden Locks: No requirement to call phone trees or contact support agents to stop billing.
• Retained Access: After cancellation, your account retains full premium access through the end of your current paid billing period without further billing.

4. Manual Bank Transfer & Multi-Gateway Receipts

For payments completed via manual bank transfer or direct bank gateway invoice, our finance team validates submissions within 24 hours. If a payment proof is rejected or duplicated in error, our finance team issues manual bank reversals or adjustments upon presentation of the bank transaction reference.
